Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use accstradehub. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction and the policies of any third-party platforms involved (e.g. Meta/Facebook, mobile carriers).

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@accstradehub.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

accstradehub sells digital goods such as aged Facebook accounts and non-VoIP phone numbers. Listings include the relevant details (age, region, type) at the time of purchase. Once a delivery is completed and credentials are revealed, the sale is final — except in the cases covered by our refund policy below.

Your wallet holds funds used to purchase goods on the platform. Funds added through your virtual NGN account are credited automatically. Wallet balances are not bank deposits and do not earn interest. We may place reasonable limits on funding, spending, or withdrawals to prevent fraud.

If a delivered account or number fails to work on first login (for reasons not caused by you), you may request an automatic refund or replacement within the window shown on the listing. Refunds are credited back to your wallet. We do not offer refunds for buyer misuse, policy violations on third-party platforms, or changes made by you after delivery.

You agree not to use accstradehub to commit fraud, impersonate others unlawfully, send spam, harass any person, or violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users.

Products sold on accstradehub may be subject to the terms of third-party platforms (such as Meta). We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for actions they take, including account restrictions imposed after delivery.

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, accstradehub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
