Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information accstradehub collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, wallet, virtual NGN account, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — your name, email, phone number, and password when you register; transaction details when you fund your wallet or purchase a product; and any messages you send our support team.
We also collect technical information automatically, including IP address, device and browser identifiers, pages visited, and timestamps, primarily to keep accounts secure and detect fraud.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to operate the platform, process payments and deliveries, verify identity, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services. We send transactional emails (receipts, verification, password reset) and, with consent, occasional product updates.
3. Sharing
We share information only with: payment and virtual-account providers needed to fund your wallet; infrastructure providers (hosting, email, analytics) bound by confidentiality; and authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data Retention
We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to comply with tax, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations. You may request deletion at any time, subject to those obligations.
5. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is fully secure — please use a strong unique password and keep your credentials confidential.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact support@accstradehub.com to exercise these rights.
7. Children
accstradehub is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can remove it.
8. International Transfers
We may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect transferred data.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be highlighted on the platform. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
